The Practice Nurses can help you with a range of issues from health management to vaccinations. Our nurses have telephone and face to face appointments which can be booked in advance.

Health Promotion Room

We have a Health Promotion room in the waiting area, where you can check your height, weight and blood pressure.

Additional Appointment Information

Appointments are available with our nurses and healthcare assistants Monday – Friday 8.30am -5.30pm. Some extended access appointments are available on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings 7.30-8.30am.

Blood test and Blood pressure clinics are held Monday – Friday 8.30am -12.30pm.
You may arrange an appointment for a blood test or blood pressure check by calling reception on 01572 823 531, or by booking an appointment online.

Calling Us

To provide you with the best possible care we ask that for routine medical issues you ring between 8.15am and 11.00am.
The surgery uses an appointment system that will allow you to speak with a doctor on the day that you call.
The patient services team will ask for your name, date of birth and contact number. If you need to speak to the doctor urgently please tell patient services straight away.

Patient services will ask generally what your health issue is. You do not have to tell them if you do not wish but it will help the doctor to prioritise your call back. Wherever possible you will be called by your usual doctor but, on occasions, this may not be possible.
